Yes! Do you have an upcoming conference for your business or a student trip? We can handle the details and ensure that you have access to group seating, entrances, and discounts.

How does the process go with HLT?

Click the "Get Started" on the homepage to complete the client intake form.
A travel specialist with be in touch with you for a warm and personal introduction to the HLT family and request further details if needed.
You will receive a synopsis of the resort and room categories in the form of a pre-proposal. You will notify the travel specialist of your choice(s) by responding to the pre-proposal.
The travel specialist will confirm your request and send a formal proposal with payment options, travel insurance options, and a cancellation and travel change form that will require your signature.
Within 10 days of booking, you will receive information about flights and excursions and you can book accordingly.
Your travel specialist will make regularly scheduled check-ins to ensure the timeline is going as scheduled to prepare for your travel.
Your travel specialist will send any last-minute details 3 weeks before travel.
Your travel begins, and your travel specialist will send you off in style!
